How Can Skin And Neck Spots With Scarring And Paleness Be Treated?

Im 25 and still get spots - why?
i always have around 10 at any one time.
i have greasy skin generally but use benzol peroxide to dry it out but if i overdo it - that also cuses spots. can't win.
im also getting more on the neck lately (which i've never had before) is there a reason for this.
its really ruining my self confidence and am waiting ti be reeed to the dermatologist in Leeds.
I have a lot of scars. My skin is pale as i have blnde hair and my scars are RED!!!!
is there anything i can do to STOP the SPOTS???? please - there must be - im desperate. i have no self confidence and it really is ruining myself. Im becoming suicidal - really
