How Can Skin Rash With Redness And Itching Be Treated?

Hi, My skin breaks out in a rash when I'm in chlorinated or ocean water plus with some type of detergents i use that have perfumes. To get rid of it, always takes about a week with a steroid pack and creams, been like this for years. It gets very red and itchy and never get it in any other type of conditions. It makes it very uncomfortable for a week of vacation to the beach or going to water parks. Do you have any recommendations if there is an oral supplement i can take to prevent this from happening? thanks Rich
