How Can Skin Tags On Genitals Be Removed?

I have various skin tags in various areas of my body, none of which bother me at all. However the one in the inside of the lip of my private area, I would like to remove it for cosmetic reasons. I had one on my neck and eventually I twisted it off, after twisting on it daily for about a month. How do I get rid of this one?
