How Can Sore Throat, Cough And Laryngitis With Pain Be Treated?

Hi my name is Zoey and I have a very sore throat. It started off as a flu a few days ago but then turned into a cough and today I cannot talk without sounding very weird. Right now, i cannot talk at all because my throat hurts every time i try. I have college tomorrow and i really dont want to miss a day. But i have a bad cough and i cannot talk. What do i do? :(
