How Can Spotting With No Periods After Stopping Microgynon Be Treated?

Im 22 been on microginon 30 since i was 16 all been fine came off pill last sat for week break still no period had light brown spotting fpr two days then stopped and now started brown spotting again...did pregnanacy test and negative it was at night.. Im tired moody emotional feel sick and no awnsers any help?
