How Can Spreading Leg Rashes Be Treated?

I have red rashes in my legs (below the knee). It looks like a map of sort. Several is slightly elevated but mostly just normal. It's not itchy. I noticed it yesterday and noted that it's now spread. I remember having this rash before but did not get this checked by my GP.
