How Can The Conception Date Be Ascertained?

Long story short , these doctors are saying I got pregnant around Christmas , however I ll be 7 weeks come Thursday , the ultrasound from Jan 21 said 5 weeks 6 days so that means the 22 put me at 6 weeks . If I did get pregnant on Christmas there s no way in hell that I ll be 7 weeks come Thursday
