How Can The Hard Nasal Blockage Be Treated?

i tried coke for the first time last night and i woke up to my face swollen, watery eyes, itching, sneezing, non stop running nose, coughing, short breaths, i can see inside my nose and there is a hard like rubbery stuff inside my nose that hurts when i try to get it out and there is lots of it..i tried vicks, hot bath, hot rag over my face, and my head hurts really bad do i need to go to the hospital or what can i do at home
