How Can The Headache Due To Injury Be Treated?

Hai doctor,A month back i met with an accident,i got hurt nearby my right eye and above to ma cheek.....Hurt get cured......But nowadays i am getting one side head ache(right side) previous yes i use to get head ache but not like one side...I aslo did scanning in reputed hosp in chenn they said no prob,But am very much scared...will it be a prob in future?
