How Can The Scar Because Of Belly Piercing Be Treated?

hello sir , i have an issue - i pierced my belly like 4 years ago for a accidente it pulled off and i tryed it disnfected it but its been 4 years that i have a scar on my belly because of the piercing and know im so shy to even show my belly , its really small but its stil brown / red theres anything i can do ?
