How Can The Struck Tampon Be Pulled Out?

Today, I put in my first tampon and it is my second period. My period is really heavy this time and after an hour and a half it was soaked. I tried to take it out and it just won't come out. My hymen is slung across it and will not budge no matter how hard I try to move it aside. My mom came and tried to help. It hurt so hard I cried, begging her to hit me on the head and knock me out. It is still inside of me and it hurts like crazy.
