How Can Thickened Endometrium And Fatty Liver Be Treated?

What is the cause for thickened endometrium, I have been diagnosed with this due to this am not able to have sex with my husband, am scared.. how to cure this problem sir, I have fatty liver also and am using liverilu 300 mg, tablets too.. please suggest some home remedy, am 31 and I have two kids, my weight 70.
