How Can Thighs, Back And Arms Itching With Bruising Be Treated?

i have itchiness and bruising on both outer thighs in exact same place. have been here for several weeks. Had ultrasound yesterday and ruled out blood count. also have itchiness on back and arms but the dark bruises are what is most worrisome. Initially thought it could be vericose veins but internal dr. did not think so.....???? i am 30 year old woman, very healthy get LOTS of exercise.
