How Can Throat Itching Which Developed At Pregnancy Be Treated?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here... I have just taken 2 cold and flu tablets and feel a scratchy/ itching feeling in my throat. I seemed to develop this when I was pregnant and using paracetamol tablets for headaches (same active ingredient?). Is it possible I have developed an intolerance to paracetamol and why would this happen?
