How Can Throat Itching With Cough And Mucus Be Treated?

hello docotor, everytime i feel itching in my throat and i start cough. when i cough mucus also comes out and tears also in eyes. have checked chest, it is clear but after itching in throat i hav bad cough. please give me some medicine so that i wl get rid of this. thanking you.
