How Can Throat Swelling And Soreness, Mucus, Dysphagia With Fever Be Treated?

HI my throat is very swollen and very very sore. I have alot of mucus stuck on it, and i try to swollow it but it doesn't go down. it's very painful to swollow so you can imagine how hard it is to eat and drink. me ears hurt and so does my head. I threw up yesterday and have had a fever. Please help me, thank you for your time
