How Can Tinnitus With Headache And Insomnia Be Treated?

hello i seem to be hearing a loud humming in my ears, it is about a c1 note on a piano. the quieter it is the louder it gets, right now it is keeping me awake and is causing quite the headache and insomnia. Even when i put in earplugs and shut myself in a quiet room its still there. any ideas as to why this noise keeps me awake?
