How Can Tiny Ball Behind The Nipples Be Removed?

hey i have what some people like to call "nipple stones". its a tiny ball behind my nipples (i am a guy) that my doctor told me were balls of estrogen? or he may have said testosterone.. i forget which one he said. But my question is, They have been there for about 2 years now and i was wondering if there was any way to get rid of them?
