How Can Tongue Swelling And Sores Be Treated?

Hi Dr I am Gandu. My problem is that, I do have this swellings and sores in the edges of my tongue some times in a year. I do not know why? it just happen now and then. I would like you suggest me some drugs if possible. I used to gargle with hot and cold water alternatively but it does only little help or nothing at all. I used to visit doctors before but now not yet. I am having hard time to see a doctor.
