How Can Tonsillitis, Chills, Fever, Nausea And Headaches Be Treated?

I have tonsillitis and was given a shot of cifloxine first bc they didn t know what it was. Then they move me to azithromyacin but my stomach could not tolerate it. It is now day 5 and i am now on penicillin. Both tonsils have white spots and it is extremely painful, I have chills, fevers, nauseated, and headaches. How long before I start feeling some relief?
