How Can Tragus Pain Be Treated?

Hi my tragus hurts in my ear, i dont have any piercings.
i went swimmimg and the next day i woke up with it, its like sharp pains in my ear, and it hurts to move my tragus back and forth.
do you know what it is, or anyways i can stop the pain please?
