How Can Tube Blockage With Swelling And Weakness Be Treated?

I am 32yrs of age and married since 7 years. Before marriage I had right side ovarian dermoid cyst and i had open surgery. But after marriage in 2004 I had an ectopic on the right side and the tube burst.
After that I was suffering from weakness and intervally I had acute pain in rt or left side.when went to the doctor , it was chocolate cyst .
But after having homeopathy treatment that has gone but now when i did HSG the left tube has blockage & swellings and i feel very weak till now also.
I want to conceive but not till now.
