How Can Vaginal Area Spots With Redness Be Treated?

hi doctor. i started noticing i have random red spots around the vaginal area. not directly on my vagina, but on the sides on my upper inner thighs. they don't itch. i have no discharge or discomfort. & i am not overweight so i don't think it could be a heat rash. please help!
