How Can Vaginal Itching Be Treated?

I have itching in my vagina and also feels like pin pricking but this all out happens in thd evening. I lose sleep over the itching it gets that bad. Ive had swabs taken all come back clear. Ive had tablets which work for abit then it comes back. I was given steriod cream but that just burnt the area. Please help
