How Can Voice, Pitch And Intonation Be Improved?

Hi doctor
my name is santosh, from bangalore india. I am working in call center voice based. I am senior technical support. I have some issues with my voice. When I speak over phone it feels as if some old man is talking my voice is not good and its not pleasant voice. I need a pleasant and sweet voice similar to girls.
Is it possible. Please guide me on this. My carrier is depended on my voice.
