How Can We Conceive With Ovarian Cysts?

my wife is suffering from from endometriosis and it is probably in her. she had a surgery. she had cysts in her ovary. sir i have a question that would this disease occurs after a surgery? if it is then how we produce a fertility ?? do she became a mother? doctor said she had a less chance to become pragnent.
