How Can You Tell If You Have Hemmroids Or Anal

How can you tell if you have hemmroids or anal herpes,I'm in constant pain regardless of having a bm. I wake up at night with shooting pain. The only relief I'm getting is from oxycodon. I'm completely constipated and I'm very tired. I definitely have a hemmroid and possibly a skin tag. All I know is I can barely wait for my dr appt in 2 days
