How Come Dentist Dr. Rachana Goswami's Reply To A Question

How come Dentist Dr. Rachana Goswami's reply to a question about Metformin resulted in some serious mispelled easy words. Kind of odd for a doctor to not know how to spell. Of course, unless its really not a doctor replying.... Can't be trusted here.
