How Come Sometimes Only When I Sneeze Hard Or A

How come sometimes only when I sneeze hard or a couple times in a row I feel a shock in my nerves running down my shoulders and mainly through my arms up to my forearms. Usually the pain lasts no more than 10-15 seconds. If I clench or bend a bit when I sneeze hard it won't hurt and helps sometimes.
