How Concern Should I Be With My Blood Pressure Being

How concern should I be with my blood pressure being 142/84. I've felt hot here lately I can't sleep at night. I'll wake up wet from sweat sometimes. My left bottom side sends pain at times and at times I've had blurry vision. Not including I have been itching a lot lately.
