How Concerned Should I Be When My Globulin Level Is

How concerned should I be when my globulin level is at 5.1 where 3.5 is considered the ceiling for normal. My total protein measured 9.1 and my a/g level was at the floor, low normal 0.8. All the rest of my blood work and urine tests are in the normal range. What might be going on?

My family history includes multiple myeloma (my father), and lots of other cancers (I’ve had 2 already). I also have what appears to be oesteoarthitis. And itchy flaky skin by my ears. So, should I be concerned, very concerned, or what?
