How Conclusive Is HIV Antibody Test At 1 Week Post Exposure?

i have protected sex with a HIV +ve woman. it was unfortunate that the condom break while i was trying to enter her. this was a two second exposure. After a week of exposure i had flu, headache, rashs, muscle pain, ect. I took antibodies test at weeks that came out negative. How conclusive is this results?
