How Conclusive Is The Negative ELISA Test I Took At 10 Weeks After Unprotected Oral Sex And Protected Vaginal Sex?

Hi please I had an exposure unprotected oral sex and protected vegina sex so after like 10days I had fever so treated for malaria and fever goes. Four weeks later I took a rapid determine test which came back negative later on After 10 weeks I took elisa visas 4th gen test also came back negative at 12 weeks now I’m going to take another rapid test so how conclusive is my test especially the elisa I took at 10 weeks
