How Contagious Is Glandular Fever ?

hi i was diagnosed with glandular fever 3-4 weeks ago i was just wondering how contagious will i be now ? i'm not to familiar with the illness and am worried i might pass it to my boyfriend when he comes home on leave, could you please help me thanks
