How Dangerous Is The Hypnotic Drug Zopiclone. I Am Taking

How dangerous is the hypnotic drug Zopiclone. I am taking several a day, I'm afraid I've created a problem and I don't want to stop cold turkey. I'm familiar with the Aston method of tapering off them with the use of valium. That goes against everythin I've learned about addiction. What if I become addicted to valium. I am quite incensed that I was prescribed this drug in massive amounts and was told by MD's that it was NOT addictive. Apparently new evidence show that they are more additive than benzodiazepines. So what do I do?
