How Do I Dress A Post Treated Gangrene Wound, Or

How do I dress a post treated gangrene wound, or how do I redress the wound?
(Hospital stay for 3 days, Vencomyocin treatment intraveneously during most hours and re-filled. Released with proper wound dressing. However, latest wound new dressing was too tight and bandage around effected right toe came off. Curently treated with neospirin between right toe and 4th digit base.
I would like to wrap this toe and foot correctly before I go to urgent care on Monday. NO INFECTION but slight oozing at ulcer area between and 1/4 inch white tissue...
