How Do I File A Complaint Against The Pharmaceutical That

How do I file a complaint against the pharmaceutical that makes cortizone shots? I don't want to make a complaint against the doctor, but I do think the drug he injected me with is very dangerous. I had an adverse drug reaction last week from it and missed 2 days of work. I now wonder if I have long term damage.
