How Do I Get Rid Of Watery Eyes? Had Cataract

How do I get rid of watery eyes? Had cataract surgery in both eyes 5 months ago. Have been taking Allegra and using Zataran drops twice daily. I put saline drops in every night and morning as I understand this could be dry eye. If so it’s the wettest dry eye I have ever heard of. I feel like I look like I am crying all the time. I don’t think it’s allergie, I have been treating myself for that for too long. Should I go back to the eye doc that did my cataract surgery? I did go back to see him for this problem in April and he felt like it was dry eye and possibly allergies thus the Zataran or Zataract plus using tears in my eyes twice daily. It’s not helping...any suggestions? Melanie
