How Do I Identify A Bump Near The Vaginal Opening That Leads To Intermittent Itching And Extreme Discomfort During Intercourse While Pregnant?

I am 5 months pregnant and a bump came up a couple days ago near my vaginal opening. It feels semi-hard and I am experiencing severe itching not all the time but at different points in the day. There is also extreme discomfort/pain with sex. I have been tested for all std’s and all the tests came back negative.
