How Do I Know If I Ruptured My Eardrum After Hitting My Ear While Surfing When I Had Ringing, Dizziness, And Water Drainage?

Hi I was surfing and fell off while riding a wave and slapped my ear on the water . It caused a very loud ringing in my ear and I gabbed my board and began to paddle back out so I wasn’t in the impact zone and ask a guy closest to me if I was bleeding from my ear . As I was paddling I got a strange feeling of disorientation and slight dizziness that lasted for a couple minutes and then went away . He said no blood and to try and clear the water by trying to Pop my ears like when your driving at different altitudes and this happens. I did and I could hear the bubbles and sound of water coming out . I went in and sat down for a little while with my ear down to help it drain and kept lightly pressurizing my ear to help it drain . I got home ok and looked up how to get water out of my ear and have been trying all of them as I lay here now draining the alcohol and vinegar from my ear and writing thin message . What should I do go to the emergency room or call my Dr..? How do I know if I ruptured my ear drum and what shoul I be doing next or not doing ?? Help !
