How Do I Know If My First Trimester Blood Results Indicate Chromosomal Risk, And Is The Free B-HCG Low?

Hello, I received my first trimester bloods, and I am trying to assess if there was a chromosomal risk based on the results. I did not get the accompanying scan as I miscarried a four days after the blood test at 13.0 weeks (on the day of my booked scan). Gestational Age: 12w 3 d Free B-HCG: 4.75 U/L PAPP - A: 2.72 U/L I found easy calculator.com which converted the MoM but I am not sure it is correct etc. Is the Free B-HCG really low? Thank you, really appreciate any insights!
