How Do I Start Taking Trigestrel If I’m Not On My Period And The Red-marked Pills Begin On A Wednesday?

Hi, I always skip a few months before getting my period so today I got the Trigestrel tablets and I m not on my period so how do I start using the tablets? The days that have red around them starts on a Wednesday, so do I have to start next week Wednesday?
