How Do Ovamit And Duphaston Affect Conception For PCOS And Overweight Women?

Hi doctor advised me to take ovamit for 5 days. Thats from the 3rd day of my periods and duphaston from 15th day for 10days for conceiving. Whats actually happen when i consume this. Is there a chance of pregnancy at late 20s with pcos and over weight.
