How Do I Treat Knee Inflammation?

my name is ahmed khalil I'm 22 years old . I play soccer I'm an amateur , I have knee inflammation and lcl inflammation for more than six months , I take anti inflammatory but its not working I still have that pain its like burning pain , I wish I can have this problem solved by your help doctors .
