How Do This Result Of EKG Affect The Knee Replacement Surgery?

Had an EKG done by family dr. As a pre surgery testing......she said it's abnormal.She mentioned p waves...I have a cardiac dr appt tomorrow. Would this cause my knee replacement surgery to be delayed ? I am scheduled for jan 26.I have had no pain or shortness of breath. This was the first EKG I have ever had.
