How Do You Take Care Of Fluid In Ears That

How do you take care of fluid in ears that is causing nausea and vertigo? I have started antibiotic from dr, hoping that will take care of it. Would love to know a home remedy so don't always have to take antibiotics.
Seems to always get worse in the evenings.
