How do you treat multilevel DDD involving cervical spine C4-C7, with mild to moderate central canal stenosis with mild cord compression at C5-C6. At C7-T1 disc protrusion involving left paracentral canal, lateral recess and extension into left foramen, causing mass effect on C8 nerve root. Severe left arm, shoulder, neck pain, not relieved with cyclobenzaprine 10mg TID and gabapentin 300mg TID.
