How Does Constipation Affect Liver With The Removal Of Gall Bladder?

Hi my name is Jacqueline and my question is that constipation has been my problem is this a sign of liver damage? I had my gallbladder taken out a couple of years ago and experience complications due to this I threw up for several months and could not eat could the medication that the doctors gave me cause liver damage?
