How Does Drinking Lemon And Chamomile Tea Affect Pregnancy?

I m 34 years old, recently I missed my period and I noticed that I m pregnant. I drink 2 cups of ginger lemon tea and 2 cups of chamomile tea last 2 days, after I find out it s not recommended I really start to worry. Is that going to effect my baby?
