How Does Elevated ESR Levels Affect The Bypass Surgery?

Hello Doctor, My aunt just had a heart attack and underwent angioplasty. She has been recommended for Bypass but it is being postponed due to High ESR. Can you please let me know how High ESR will effect her surgery. What are the precautions/diet she can follow along with her medication to help her condition. Thank you!
